Returns and Exchanges Policy

If your shipment does not arrive within the delivery period allotted for your location, you must inform us at wowbodybuilding.com within 5 working days of receipt. If you fail to do so and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the expense of a second shipping fee at our discretion. If you simply change your mind and wish to have your order returned, you will be charged a £2 refund processing fee in addition to the cost of delivery if your product has already been shipped to you. Your complaint will be escalated to the line manager of your account manager if they are unable to address it at the initial point of contact. The line manager will then assume responsibility of the issue.
In the unusual event that you are still dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint, your line manager will escalate the matter to the General Manager, who will make a final decision on the matter.
We attempt to handle all complaints within 28 working days of receiving them whenever possible. If it turns out to be a complicated problem that will take longer to handle, we will notify and keep you informed throughout the process.
