Amino Acids- Muscle Builders

Bodybuilders are protein lovers because of its nutritional effects to muscle development, tissue repair and total body health. Various nutritional supplements such as protein powders, bars and other protein supplements are being sold in nutritional online supplement stores and health shops.

However, amino acids are what make any protein supplement valuable.

Amino acids are known as the building blocks of muscle tissues and protein.

Several body processes such as fat loss, strength and energy gains, speedy recovery and muscle hypertrophy are related to amino acids.

Amino acids are divided into two groups essential amino acids and nonessential amino acids.Essential amino acids are not produced by the body. Instead, they should be consumed through food.

The essential amino acids are Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lycine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Tryptophan, Valine and Threonine.

Nonessential amino acids are obtained when the body synthesizes them from other essential amino acids.

The body needs twenty different amino acids to perform various body processes.

Once you eat protein, it is transported into the liver. The effects of amino acids in the body will depend on your body’s needs. For bodybuilders, amino acids and proteins are important, particularly after an intense workout.

Since post-exercise makes the muscles receptive to nutrition, amino acid weight lifting supplement can promote muscle growth and recovery.

The best nutritional supplement, in regards to amino acids, is free-form amino acids.

Since free-form amino acids do not need to be digested, it will not have bonds to other chemicals and molecules.

These free-form amino acids go through the stomach, into the small intestines and absorbed by the bloodstream after 10 to 15 minutes of consumption.
